DIVERSITY

DIVERSITY and UNITY
ISRI

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor a black has any superiority over a white – except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefore do injustice to yourselves. Remember one day you will meet Allah and answer your deeds. So, beware: do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.

In the Quran He says:  “O mankind! We created you from a single pair of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes that you might get to know one another. Surely the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is he who is the most righteous. Allah is All-Knowledgeable, All-Aware.” (49:13)

Given the same belief that we all Muslims follow, the same Quran that we read, and the same acts that we do as advised in the teaching of our beloved prophet PBUH. But this is another beautiful aspect of us that how we are different from each other as well in colors, cultures, and languages. Our Beloved Prophet Leads us to Unity The Ummah is comprised of people having different ethnicity, culture, language, and ways of being that must co-exist within it. Notwithstanding this diversity, we hold on to the rope of Allah.
Alhamdulillah, at ISRI we are so blessed to have all colors, cultures, and languages, but with one message that we believe in Allah SWT and follow the teaching of our beloved prophet Muhammad PBUH.
